The A4A Community of Mixing and Mastering Engineers represents a network of dedicated professionals who volunteer their time to mix music for artists in some of the world’s most vulnerable places.
From Mumbai to Istanbul to Johannesburg to Bogotá, the global span of the A4A volunteer community mirrors the diversity of the artists we serve. Variations in style allow us to pair the right mixes to the right people, and the result is a blend of international flavours.
“With the generous support of some of the industry’s biggest players, we look forward to expanding our reach and growing the impact of A4A Records and Publishing.
To our team of volunteers, we are eternally grateful for the time and enthusiasm you have given to each project.“
DARCY ATAMAN
CO-FOUNDER, A4A MUSIC (RECORDS & PUBLISHING)
“When the project was launched to support the growing output of songs from Make Music Matter’s Healing in Harmony program, the positive response was overwhelming.
Having top quality people on the team speaks volumes about our mission to give marginalized artists, many of whom are trauma survivors, access to world class resources.“
DAVID BOTTRILL

“What motivates me the most is getting such great material from places where sometimes they are very limited with technical resources, but the music is very honest, and that’s what encourages me to keep volunteering. I feel very useful helping all these people to transmit their gorgeous music to the world.”
