Fulfillment

Your Credit Card is charged at time of purchase to ensure fulfillment of your order. Items will ship from Canada by Canada Post via the shipping option selected by the customer upon checkout. Arrival of your order can be anticipated approximately 14 days from confirmed ship date.  Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.  International orders will include international custom charges which are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Due to customs regulations, international orders may be delayed at customs if dues are unpaid.

Payments

All prices listed on the webshop are in Canadian Dollars, CAD.

We accept payment by Credit Cards (Amex, Discover, Visa, MasterCard).

For options like Apple Pay and Google Pay, these terms are in place:

Apple Pay:

The first time a Checkout Session is created, Apple may collect your merchant name as part of the Apple Pay provisioning process.

When a customer makes a payment with Apple Pay, Apple may collect the customer’s Device Account Number, in addition to transaction information including the approximate purchase amount, approximate date and time, and whether the transaction completed successfully.

Google Pay:

When a customer makes a payment with Google Pay 

Google may collect the date, time and amount of the transaction, as well as the description of any line items or plans sold. They may also collect the name and email address of your customer, and the type of card they used.

Returns and Exchange

If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please return the product within 30 days of receipt following the Return/Exchange Instructions below. If you have ordered incorrectly please follow the Return/Exchange Instructions below. On these returns, original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment. If it is 30 days after your purchase then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, you should email us at shop@a4amusic.com and on the subject line state “Return Request”. On the email please include the following info:

  • Customer Name
  • Your billing address
  • Your phone number
  • Order confirmation number
  • What you are returning and why

Wait for a Return Authorization from us prior to returning the product.  We highly recommend that the items be returned to us using a mail service which provides tracking or insurance.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, please allow 3-4 weeks for your return to be processed. 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, keep in mind that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Any apparel item that has obvious signs of use
  • Any CDs or vinyl records that have been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap) unless it is defective
  • Downloadable media or software products (except if you’ve accidentally purchased multiple downloads of the same product)
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC
  • “Final Sale” items
